Calendar/Appointment/Long Range Planning

{Step 2}

Excuse the mess as I update. Note: Beginning Tuesday May 14, 2013 I will be running 5 Days of Curriculum Planner Updates on my blog. My freebies are always released there first and its a big "when" I get them here on the web pages. Always check my blog first under the blog category > Planner Printables at the top.

7 Options. Choose 1/or more/or all !!

Print off Appointment Calendar Pages (Monthly and/or Yearly)  and Long Range Planning Pages. If you print now, remember to print double sided or front/back. There are special instructions for printing the 1 month per 2 page spread Appointment Calendar

1. {Current Academic School Year Calendar} - This option is almost a must now because I have discontinued making the covers with the academic school year on them. If you are following the academic year you will want to print one of these. You get more color choices if the covers are kept separate from the academic school year calendar. So be sure to grab one of these choices to put right after your cover at the front of you planner.

2. {Current Academic Year Appointment Keeper.  One month per 2 Page Spread}. Appointment keeping and more room to write for those following the academic year. July to June.

3. {Current Physical Year School Calendar} - This option is almost a must  for those following the physical year calendar.

4. {Current Physical Year Appointment Keeper. One month Per 2 Page spread} - This option is for those that want more room to write. It is a two page spread and part of the month is on the right side and part of the month is on the left side.

5. Yearly Reference Calendars black and white simple - In order to long range plan for the next year, you need to see another year or two ahead. The Yearly Calendars do not have holidays circled or any date circled so you can plan. If you don't long range plan, then you don't need to print any off.

ME?  I like at least the following year, maybe two.

6. {Long Range Planning} - Here is where I put ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I want to remember next year. Sometimes I add curriculum, sometimes I add dates that might be conflicting and sometimes it is something I might want to remember to put in my next planner.

7. {List of Multiple Years of Holidays}  - I stopped circling holidays on the planners so that you have the flexibility to circle what is important to you. I have created ONE page that has 4 to 5 years of holidays on them so you can use it for an easy reference.

Long Range Planning

Long Range Planning.
Purpose: To note future studies, objectives, important dates, purchase of products, upcoming events, etc. Provides a place to check off as done.
*Note: This page can be used on one of your blank pages that you may have if you used the two page monthly calendar spread.

Option 7.
5 Years - Major Holidays on ONE page. Column Form.

List of major holidays - 4 or 5 Years on one page in columns form.
Purpose: To help you fill out your calendars and notate holidays you wish to observe or to note for planning purposes.
*Note: This is not all of the holidays but I have listed major ones. Also, this page can be used on one of the blank pages you may have if you used the two page monthly calendar spread.
Since multiple years are listed in column forms on one page, this is also a great reference tool for long range planning. You may want to print off one of each color and put at the back and front inside covers for easy reference. I printed 3  this past year because I wanted one closer to my Lesson Planning pages too.
Two color choices!
